Credit App

Once you download the credit app, you can fax to 937-845-1935 or email to salesSNI@studebakernurseries.com

For customers with established credit, open accounts are net 30 days from date of invoice for nursery stock and upon receipt of invoice for freight. A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year) will be charged on all accounts unpaid after 30 days.

For all other customers, cash is due when order is picked up or prior to shipment. To establish credit, please fill out our credit application form, provide three trade references and allow sufficient time for investigation.

SHIPPING

CONTRACT HAULING

We can arrange shipments to any state through contract haulers for trailer load quantities. For less than trailer load quantities, we will schedule combination loads to most areas. Please give shipping instructions or special job site directions to your sales representative at the time of placing your order.

In order to serve you better, we ask you to look at your want dates on orders. We strive to get your orders to you when you want them. Orders placed prior to March 1 for spring season or September 1 for fall season will be given priority for shipping per the requested date.
We take extra steps to ensure your orders are loaded with the greatest care. If you have any problem with your order, notify us immediately. This will enable us to correct the problem and prevent future ones. Call us at 800-845-0584 or fax us at 937-845-1935. Freight charges are payable to Studebaker Nurseries, Inc. upon receipt of invoice.

Discount levels are determined by the amount of purchases, excluding freight, from the previous calendar year that are paid within Studebaker Nurseries’ set terms. Discounted items and purchased in items for resale are excluded from this program but do apply toward total volume

Studebaker Nurseries reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time.

WIRE BASKETS

All B & B trees, Thuja 5-6’ and above, Mugo Pine 4-5’ and above, and upright and pyramidal Taxus 5-6’ and above, are quoted with wire baskets.
Upon request, we will machine dig with baskets and other material and sizes. Additional costs are listed below. Contact your Studebaker Nurseries salesperson for further details.

Four-cord - $1.50 Basket - $3.50 OHIO SALES TAX Residents of Ohio are subject to sales tax on stock purchased from nursery, unless they qualify for tax exemption and a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is on file. Out of State Purchasers taking delivery at our nursery are also subject to sales tax, unless they qualify for tax exemption and a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is on file with us. Out of state purchasers ordering stock for shipments by private carrier are not subject.
